Yesterday I covered some of the little aging issues that were showing up in the head region. Let's continue!
Inventory -
Hearing - I have had tinnitus (ringing in the ears) since I don't know when and no one seems to have a solution. Now that may not be an aging issue, but it's a problem I would like to solve. I probably cannot hear as well as I used to, but I haven't had it checked, so let's not go there.
Teeth - Yellowing and crooked, I think that's all the aging issues I have there, although I'm way past due on a check-up.
Eyes - the eyesight has deteriorated rapidly in the last year. I went from wearing glasses occasionally to read to having to have them with me all the time. I am really not enjoying that. I have a book called "Improving Your Eyesight Naturally"; I really think it's time to pull it out and read it.
That's all I feel like commenting on today. I'll be back again tomorrow to move further down the list aka body.

Taking Inventory Day 1
It's 27 days until my 49th birthday. Not a monumental birthday but the doorway to the halfway point. I feel like I have done well in maintaining this body over the last 48 years, but, something tells me I could have done better. So in the interest of science and the beauty industry, I plan on taking the next year to reverse the damage I might have caused over the last four decades.
Before I can begin, I must assess the damage. For the next 26 days, I will be taking a thorough inventory of the areas that could use some improvement. Over the next year, I will be searching out the methods to produce those improvements and sharing all of these lovely findings with you, my loyal readers.
Inventory:
Hair - thin, graying
Face - loss of elasticity all over, 2 new moles (ick), strange bumps on cheek (re-occuring), color is good, more peach fuzz on cheeks and the unfortunate coarse hairs showing up in the lip line. Fine lines around the eyes, deeper lines on forehead and smile area. Brows are thinning on the ends and showing signs of graying.
Neck - photo damage but good elasticity, no double chin (yea!)
Tune in again tomorrow when we cover the really good stuff...hearing, eyesight and teeth.
